How exactly is call time billed?

By the started minute, rounded up, with a one-minute minimum. A 10-second call is billed as one minute; a 61-second call as two. Free minutes are consumed first, and only what is left over is charged to your balance.

Do free minutes work for outbound calls?

No — free minutes apply to inbound calls only. Outbound calls are always billed to your balance at the rate for the destination, and outbound calling requires a Pro plan with your own dedicated number.

How do I pay?

Everything is a Google Play in-app purchase — the Pro subscription and balance top-ups alike. Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Google Play account; billing continues to the end of the paid period.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your dedicated number and free monthly minutes stop, but any balance you already bought stays on your account and can still be spent on calls.

Is the 3-day trial really free?

Yes. Google Play charges nothing for the first three days and converts to the $8.60 monthly subscription afterwards unless you cancel. During the trial you get the full Pro feature set with 12 free inbound minutes; the dedicated number is issued once the first payment goes through.
